But its big-screen
namesake released in 1988.
My collection
contained just one song from the film.
It was titled Teri
Meri Pyaar Bhari Baaton Mein.
By no means would
it be incorrect to state that it was the first song in lyricist Anand Bakshi’s ‘Fire
in the Water’ Duology – the next line of the song went ‘Aag Lag Gayi
Barsaaton Mein’.
Anuradha Paudwal
and Mohammed Aziz lent their voices to the song, which Laxmikant Shantaram
Kudalkar and Pyarelal Ramprasad Sharma composed.
