By no means would
it be surprising to state that the two people who lent their voices to that
track were Lata Mangeshkar and S P Balasubrahmanyam.

songwriters are concerned, it was Dev Kohli’s fifth contribution to the
soundtrack.
The song was
composed by Raamlaxman.
It was
