The second song on the soundtrack of Jabariya Jodi
(Zilla Hilela) was yet another remake.
The original – Arrah Hile Chhapra Hile Ballia
Hilela – was a folk song from Dangal, a Bhojpuri film that released
in 1977.
Kulwant Jani wrote the original, which debutants Nadeem-Shravan composed.
To say that Monali Thakur, Dev Negi, Raja, and Pravesh
Mallick stepped into the massive shoes of the legendary Manna Dey [who (Ha)sang
the original] would be preposterous.
Tanishk Bagchi composed the recreated version.
And he wrote it with Shabbir Ahmed.
The song was three minutes and 58 seconds long.
