would be the first.
Mr Kumar (Kisho)rendered
it.
In fact, it was
his only contribution to the film’s soundtrack.
Anand Bakshi
penned the R D Buman composition.
Raj Kapoor played
the titular protagonist in the film. It was, in fact, his second song with an
Abdullah connection in this playlist [the other being Begaani Shaadi Mein
Abdullah Deewana, from Jis Desh Mein Ganga Behti Hai (1960)].
